WHAT IS A Pick Module?
A pick module is a multi-level storage system that integrates various storage methods to enhance order fulfillment. Suitable for both manual and automated picking, these modules increase efficiency by reducing congestion, minimizing pick errors, shortening travel times, and maximizing space.
What is the average time it takes to build a Pick-modules?
On average, it takes about 15 to 20 weeks to build a Pick Module from start to finish.
This includes, preliminarys, designs, product ordering and install.
How will I get product to the upper pick module levels?
This can be achieved in a variety of ways. The first and most affordable way is to have a specialized gate that forklifts can pass pallet through.
Another option is a conveyor system that can either transport materials down or up.
Another common option is a material lift or material elevator ment for tranporting supplies between the levels.
How much will the install disrupt my current processes?
It depends on a variety of factors from what type of operation you have to the size of the pick module you need installed.
