PRODUCT RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS POLICY

 

Product Returns

All product returns are subject to Hoj’s express written approval, which may be withheld for any reason in Hoj’s sole discretion. All inquiries regarding product returns should be directed to info@hoj.net.  Hoj will then provide you with a Return Authorization Form which must be completed and submitted to Hoj for approval.  Even if approved, product returns may be subject to restocking or handling fees.  Please note that the proper return address may vary by product.

  • General Product Returns. Return shipments for general product returns must be prepaid by customer.  All collect shipments will be refused and returned. Customers are granted a 30-day window to initiate product returns. These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Damaged Product Returns. To the extent you receive a damaged product you must (1) provide a written description of the damage on the bill of lading; (2) photograph the damaged product; (3) request a Return Authorization Form from Hoj by emailing info@hoj.net; and (4) email the completed Return Authorization Form, together with the bill of lading and photo(s) of the damaged product to info@hoj.net.
  • Custom Product Returns. Customized products may not be returned.

 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are generally not permitted.  However, Hoj may approve order cancellations at its sole discretion.  To inquire about canceling an order, please contact Hoj at info@hoj.net. Please include your order number.  For some products, cancellations may be subject to restocking or handling fees.
