Do you charge on a per trip basis?
No, we do not charge on a per trip basis. Our pricing is calculated from portal to portal, and the total cost is included in your quote.
How long does it take to get LOADING DOCK & DOOR parts in?
Parts typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks.
What’s the lead time on new DOCK equipment?
The lead time for new equipment varies depending on the specific item purchased, but it typically ranges from 4 to 12 weeks.
