The ceiling-Mounted Monorail Anchor Track™ System is sold as individual components, a standard assembly kit, or as a custom engineered system. This system provides straight rigid track fall protection on a fixed path for many applications, such as truck loading and unloading, vehicle or machinery maintenance, and manufacturing. Because a ceiling-mounted monorail system does not require support columns, the system does not take floor space, which means more space for your workers. In fact, ceiling-mounted monorail systems can easily protect workers in tall ceiling height applications. By using existing support steel, a ceiling-mounted monorail system can easily support long runs and curves within the system design.

PRODUCT RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Product Returns
All product returns are subject to Hoj’s express written approval, which may be withheld for any reason in Hoj’s sole discretion. All inquiries regarding product returns should be directed to info@hoj.net. Hoj will then provide you with a Return Authorization Form which must be completed and submitted to Hoj for approval. Even if approved, product returns may be subject to restocking or handling fees. Please note that the proper return address may vary by product.
- General Product Returns. Return shipments for general product returns must be prepaid by customer. All collect shipments will be refused and returned.
- Damaged Product Returns. To the extent you receive a damaged product you must (1) provide a written description of the damage on the bill of lading; (2) photograph the damaged product; (3) request a Return Authorization Form from Hoj by emailing info@hoj.net; and (4) email the completed Return Authorization Form, together with the bill of lading and photo(s) of the damaged product to info@hoj.net.
- Custom Product Returns. Customized products may not be returned.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are generally not permitted. However, Hoj may approve order cancellations in its sole discretion. To inquire about cancelling an order, please contact Hoj at info@hoj.net. Please include your order number. For some products, cancellations may be subject to restocking or handling fees.
