Service, and support of the markets we serve, has been the top commitment for the HOJ team, since the very beginning. We employ one of the largest in-house service teams in the industry, with over 60 trucks in our service fleet, taking care of cranes, conveyors, forklifts, and dock and door equipment.
A CULTURE OF SERVICE
HOJ employs career experts throughout our numerous equipment services. The majority of our technicians have between 15 to 25 years of experience in their respective fields. Because of this, our customers, after having seen firsthand the benefits of our on-site teams, continue to use them for future projects.
Safety is of utmost importance to our team and is supported by an active safety training program. Our team leaders are taught to ensure every jobsite is supported with skill and equipment to get the job done safely.

CARES tells us each time your equipment was serviced and when you should have it serviced in the future.
Because of HOJ | CARES, we can dispatch our fleet to repair your equipment with more knowledge. That means that our efficiency is increased, and your equipment will be up and running more quickly. The HOJ | CARES program also informs us when the cost of repairs will exceed the cost of new equipment, saving you time and money in the long run.
